Taking care of your skin should come second nature to most. It is the largest organ humans possess and a good portion of it is completely visible at all times. This mainly relates to your hands and facial skin, but the same rules can be applied to most parts of the body that require the care.

Use warm water to wash your face. Cold water will close your pores, which means you won’t be able to wash away harmful bacteria. However, water that is too hot causes skin dehydration, which will cause redness on your face. Warm water will open up pores without inflammation.
If you have really dry hands, make sure that you use a moisturizer with vitamin E or aloe. These two ingredients are extremely effective in reducing dryness on your hands and can improve your flexibility and reduce redness. By taking proper care of your skin you are keeping your body clean and your appearance improving. There is nothing wrong with getting a little dirty, but you need to be able to clean yourself off at the end of the day and feel confident about yourself as you turn off the lights.
